Alcohol Policies

WAC 478-136-030 and Seattle Municipal Code 12A.24.025

It is unlawful to display or possess open containers of liquor or to consume alcoholic beverages in a public place without a proper permit.  This pertains to all CenturyLink Field property including the parking lots.

Alcohol will be available in the club and suite areas and a couple select beer gardens in the stadium.  All guests purchasing alcohol who appear less than 30 years old must present a valid ID.  Alcohol sales will terminate at the beginning of the third quarter.  Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and subject to arrest.  Guests possessing alcohol who do not have proof of being at least 21 years of age may be ejected.  Guests possessing alcohol outside of designated areas may be ejected.

Animals

Certified service dogs or service dogs in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in CenturyLink Field and Event Center.  All other animals are prohibited.

Assistive Listening Devices

CenturyLink Field has been equipped with a highly advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available for no charge at Guest Service Booths. A driver’s license, credit card or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Closed Captioning is available for guests via mobile phones. Most mobile phones are compatible with the system. In the event a personal phone is not compatible, a limited number of mobile phones are available for check out with a valid driver’s license at any Guests Services Booth. The mobile phones will transmit communications made through the stadium's public address system. Please stop by a Guest Services Booth for more details. This system may not be available for all stadium events.

ATMs

There are ATMs in various locations on all levels of CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center.

Auto Trouble
AAA provides roadside assistance after games in the North Lot and CenturyLink Field Event Center garage.  Please see the parking attendant to request service.

Baby Changing Areas

Baby-changing stations are located in all family restrooms in CenturyLink Field and Event Center.  Family restrooms are located on all levels of CenturyLink Field.

Bag Search

No soft-sided containers or coolers are permitted into CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center on game days. Event security is required to open all bags at the gates for a visual inspection before allowing guests' entry. Security measures may be increased based on direction from the Seattle Police or government as well as the current terror threat level. These procedures will include but are not limited to a more thorough search of persons and property as well as a pat down.

Prohibited and Restricted Items
CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center does not allow the following items:

Alcohol

Glass bottles or cans

Outside beverages (soda, sport drinks, coffee) 

Illegal drugs

Firearms/weapons

Laser pointers

Horns/whistles/noisemakers

Signs or flags larger than 18 inches or signs or flags on sticks

Any item deemed by management to be inappropriate or may disrupt other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Banners and Signs

Banners and signs are permitted in the stadium as long as they do not obstruct the view of guests or block stadium signage. Banners and signs must be event-related, in good taste and not commercial, political or offensive in nature. All signs must be hand-held; signs on sticks are not permitted. CenturyLink Field reserves the right to remove any banner or sign.

Bike Parking

Bicycles may be parked at the bike racks on the North Plaza at the owners' risk. Bikes may not be locked to fences, posts, trees or signs.

Broadcasts

Radio broadcasts can be heard throughout the northwest on the Washington IMG Radio Network.  Seattle all-sports radio station KJR 950-AM will serve as the flagship station for the Husky Radio Network.  Game day coverage on KJR will feature 11 hours of pre-and post-game coverage.  Husky football coach, Steve Sarkisian’s weekly radio show will air on Mondays at 4:00pm to 5:00pm on network stations.

The University of Washington enjoys extensive television coverage of its football games through the Pac-12 Conference’s agreements with ABC-TV, ESPN, Fox Sports, and FX, as well as the new Pac-12 Network.

 

Box Office

The CenturyLink Field Box Office is located in the northwest corner of the stadium.  For Huskies games, the box office will open 3.5 hours prior to kickoff.  An auxiliary box office for students only will be open at the northwest corner of the CenturyLink Field Events Center.

Cameras, Audio and Video Recorders

Personal photography is permitted at CenturyLink Field provided the images are for personal use only; however, any audio or video recording is not allowed.  Photographic support tools that may interfere with others' enjoyment of the game (tripods, professional lenses - larger than 200 mm, etc.) are not permitted in the stadium.

Cell Phones

The use of cellular phones is permitted inside CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event.

Children

Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult’s lap. No discounted tickets are available for children.

Concessions

Levy Restaurants operates concessions stands throughout CenturyLink Field and Event Center.   There are 45 concessions stands and portable carts located throughout the stadium.  All concessions stands accept credit card payment.

Covered Seating

The majority of the seats in CenturyLink Field are protected from the elements. The following general outline will serve to assist fans in determining whether or not their seats are covered. This information is weather and wind speed/direction contingent. Generally, the east side is known as the "sunny side", and in addition, will be more exposed to the elements.

·      Field/Main Level Cover: Cover begins at Rows Z-AA of the 100 level sideline seats

·      North End Zone and Hawks Nest: No covered seating

·      South End Zone: Cover only in last two rows, QQ and PP

·      Wells Fargo Club Level: All seating covered

·      Suite Level: All seating covered

·      Upper Level: Sideline-covered*; Corners-no covered seating

*East side, rows A-D may be exposed to elements based on wind speed

Credit Cards

The CenturyLink Field Box Office, Seahawks Pro Shop and permanent novelty stands prefer MasterCard, but also accept VISA, American Express, and Discover. All stadium concession stands accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Credit card acceptance varies for all other CenturyLink Field events.

During a CenturyLink Field event, please direct any comments and concerns to the nearest Guest Services Booth or Concierge Desk.

Disabled Seating information

There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas of CenturyLink Field.  Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains are located near the restrooms on all levels of CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. On the Upper Concourse there are 27 fountains, on the Club Level there are 4 double fountains, on the Main Concourse there are 16, and on the Field Level there are 6.

Driving Directions

·      From Southbound I-5 and I-90 to the 4th Avenue South Exit
For the CenturyLink Field North Lot, turn left onto 4th Ave. Go straight through 2 lights and curve around to the left. Turn left onto Jackson St. followed by a left on 2nd Ave. CenturyLink Field will be directly in front of you. For the CenturyLink Parking Garage, turn right onto 4th Ave, right on Royal Brougham and left on 3rd Ave. Follow the circular ramp to the second floor entrance to the parking garage.

·      From Northbound I-5 to exit 164B - Edgar Martinez Drive
For the CenturyLink Field North Lot, turn right onto Edgar Martinez Drive. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto 1st Avenue South. Turn right onto King St. CenturyLink Field will be on your right. For the CenturyLink Parking Garage, Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto 1st Ave. Turn right on Royal Brougham and take the ramp to the second floor entrance to the parking garage.

·      From Hwy 99 to 1st avenue
For the CenturyLink Field North Lot, from 1st Ave, turn left onto Royal Brougham Way going towards the stadium. Turn left onto Occidental Ave. Turn right at the stop sign onto King St. CenturyLink Field will be on your right. For the CenturyLink Parking Garage, turn left on Royal Brougham and take the ramp to the second floor entrance to the parking garage

Ejection

CenturyLink Field and the University of Washington reserve the right to eject anyone whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Tickets will be revoked without a refund and the individual(s) will be escorted from CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center.

Elevators

CenturyLink Field is equipped with two elevators in each of the northeast, northwest, and southwest corners of the stadium, providing service to all levels of the facility. Elevators are also located at the north and south ends of the parking garage, as well as the southeast corners of the CenturyLink Field Event Center. For convenient access to the upper level, an express elevator is also available in the NW corner.

Elevator service priority is given to guests with disabilities, followed by Club and suite ticket holders. Please be mindful of elevator line procedures in the lobbies.

Emergencies and Evacuation Procedures

In the event of a serious CenturyLink Field and Event Center emergency, all event staff, law enforcement and fire personnel are available to assist guests, including those with disabilities. Information will also be provided over the public address system and on stadium televisions and scoreboards.

Fan Behavior

The University of Washington and First & Goal are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests at CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. The facility's staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors:

·      Smoking on CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center premises

·      Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.

·      Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption.

·      Fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures.

·      Sitting in a location other than the guest's ticketed seat.

·      Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting.

·      Obscene or indecent clothing.

·      Any disruption to the progress of the event by guests' actions.

·      Throwing objects of any kind.

·      Any other conduct that is beyond the bounds of reasonable behavior for spectators attending a professional sporting

Each guest should hold his or her ticket stub and be ready to display it to stadium officials to verify their seat location.

Field Access

Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during or after a game. Any unauthorized person going onto the field will be removed and subject to arrest.

First Aid Stations

For guest safety and convenience there are several first aid stations located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. In an emergency, please notify the nearest Guest Services representative for assistance and directions to these first aid stations. First Aid stations can be found in the following locations:

·      Main Concourse: Sections 103, 119 & 141

·      Club Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 26

·      Suite Level: SW Concourse across from Suite 36

·      Upper Concourse: Sections 300 & 326

Automatic External Defibrillators (AED's) are located throughout the facility.

Food and Beverage Policy

Fans may bring food into CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center on game days in clear plastic bags only, but outside beverages are not allowed.  Exceptions are made for factory-sealed bottled water (non-enhanced, flavored or carbonated), baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single-serve containers (ie. juice boxes). 

Football in Stands

Any ball landing in the stands as a result of play must be returned to the playing field.  A CenturyLink Field staff member will identify themselves and request the ball returned to the field of play.

Game Day Giveaways

UW and IMG will have giveaways for select games. Information on game day giveaways will be given prior to each game.

Gate Opening Times

All gates will open two hours prior to kickoff.

Guest Service Booths

Guest Services Booth are provided to help with questions or concerns, to check strollers, and assist in finding lost guests or items. Any stadium staff member can offer assistance, or you can visit one of our Guest Services Booths in the following locations:

·      Field Level: Across from Section 130

·      Main Concourse: Across for Sections 100 & 127

·      Club Level: Concierge desk located at Root Sports Lounge in south end of Club Level

·      Upper Concourse: Across from Section 318

Lost and Found

If you have misplaced an item at an event, please proceed to the nearest Guest Services Booth.  After the conclusion of the event you may contact the CenturyLink Security Command Center at 206-381-7510.  Lost items will be kept for one month; those unclaimed after that time will be donated to charity.

Lost Children/Parents

Guests are encouraged to instruct children in their group to find a CenturyLink Field staff member if they become lost or separated from their group. Lost children will be taken to the nearest Guest Services Booth.  Parents looking for a lost child should follow the same procedure.

As a preventive measure, all Guest Services Booths offer the "Family Finder" program as a free service. Parents can also have their seat location printed on a fun wristband for their children to wear while at CenturyLink Field.

Paging

Paging is permitted in the case of medical emergencies only. If there is a medical emergency and paging is necessary, please contact any CenturyLink Field staff member or go directly to a Guest Services Booth.

Those who wish to leave an emergency number with relatives or sitters can refer them to the CenturyLink Field office at (206) 381-7555. Please remember to leave an exact seat location (section, row, seat number) at home with the emergency number. If CenturyLink Field is contacted in the event of an emergency, stadium staff member will deliver the message to a patron's seat.

Parking/Transportation

Passenger Drop-Off Zone

The passenger and disabled drop-off zone is located off the intersection of Railroad Way S. at Occidental Ave.(across from the CenturyLink Field Pro Shop), which can be accessed from 1st Ave. S. Drivers may drop off passengers next to the stadium prior to parking until kickoff. Similar access will be provided after every major event.

Police

For your safety and convenience, Seattle Police Department and King County officers are stationed throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest CenturyLink Field member representative immediately.

Prohibited Items

The following are prohibited in CenturyLink Field and Event Center for Husky football games:

all weapons (guns, knives, pepper spray, brass knuckles, loose batteries, wires, box cutters), alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs, smoking, video cameras, glass bottles, cans, thermoses, metal water bottles, outside beverages (soda, sport drinks, coffee), ice chests, all noisemakers (megaphones, air horns, sirens, horns of any kind, whistles, drums, cowbells, bangers), sales of unauthorized merchandise, banners, placards, leaflets not approved in advance by the First and Goal or The University of Washington Athletic Department, and other conduct prohibited by FGI regulations or by law. Violators are subject to removal from the stadium and to applicable disciplinary action and/or legal action.

Factory sealed water bottles or outside food in clear plastic bags or pizza boxes are permitted.

Public Telephones

Public telephones are located at all Spectator Services Booths. TDD/TTY phones are available at the CenturyLink Field Box Office.

Radio, Televisions

Radios and televisions are permitted in CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center so long as they do not disturb other fans. For the benefit of others, fans listening to broadcasts are required to use headsets.

Ramps

Four ramps are located in the southwest, northwest, northeast and southeast corners of the stadium. All ramps access the upper levels of the stadium and are ADA-compliant. Staircases are also adjacent to all ramp locations.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is ONLY permitted up until kickoff time. After kickoff there is no re-entry. Once a fan exits CenturyLink Field after kickoff, THEY CANNOT RE-ENTER. In the case of a medical emergency, you can be issued a medical pass by CenturyLink Field First Aid.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located throughout CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center and are all ADA-compliant. Family restrooms with baby-changing tables and chairs for nursing are also available throughout the facility.

Safe Ride Home Programs

CenturyLink Field, in conjunction with Levy Restaurants, Anheuser-Busch and Graytop Taxi, has developed the Safe Ride Home program. Guests who feel they cannot safely drive home due to the effects of alcohol should visit the nearest Spectator Services Center where they will be escorted to the pick up near King Street Station and receive a taxi ride to their residence - free of charge.  This Service is available for the Husky Games.

Skateboarding/Rollerblading

Skateboarding and/or rollerblading on property surrounding CenturyLink Field and Event Center is strictly prohibited.

Smoking/Tobacco

In compliance with state law (RCW 70.160), smoking is prohibited in all areas of CenturyLink Field and Event Center.  Tobacco use of any kind is prohibited inside the stadium seating area.

Solicitation/Literature

Any persons without written consent from either First & Goal Inc. or the University of Washington are prohibited from soliciting contributions or distributing literature on CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center property (inside or outside).

Strollers

Strollers are allowed in CenturyLink Field and CenturyLink Field Event Center. During stadium events, strollers too large to be stored under a seat may be checked at the nearest Spectator Services Center.

Tailgating

For those fans interested in tailgating, we recommend the private parking lot located at Railroad Way and Royal Brougham and the lot at 8th and Holgate. This lot is a short walk southeast of CenturyLink Field and is sold on a game by game basis.

Tickets for University of Washington Football games may be purchased as follows:

·      By phone through the Husky Ticket Office at 206-543-2200

·      In person at the Husky Ticket Office located on the main floor of the Graves Building at 3910 Montlake Blvd. NE

·      In person at the CenturyLink Field Northwest box office on game days.  The Box office opens 3½ hours prior to kickoff.

·      Online at www.gohuskies.com

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted in the stadium provided they do not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of an event.

Visiting Team Fans

Visiting team fans are our guests.  Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will be considered unruly behavior and grounds for ejection or arrest

Will Call Windows

Public Will Call windows are located in the northwest corner of the stadium, and will open 3½ hours prior to each game. Player Guest Will Call is located at the west gate just north of the team shop on Occidental Ave.  Player Guest Will Call will open two hours prior to kickoff of a game. Media will call is at the Southwest Box Office. 

A picture ID is required for all ticket pick-ups. The credit card used to purchase tickets is also required for Ticketmaster Will Call pick-ups.
